80. James Balmain⁸ RICHARDS (Jessie Elizabeth⁷ BALMAIN, James⁶, Elizabeth⁵ SELLWOOD, Mark⁴, Hester (Esther)³ WHEELER, Robert², John¹) was born in Mt Pleasant, Ballarat, Victoria 25 January 1915. James died 28 August 1995 in Williamstown, Vic, Aus., at 80 years of age.⁽⁷⁰⁾ His body was interred 30 August 1995 in Altona Nth, Vic., Aus., Memorial Park.

He married Ruby Margaret MEDDINGS in St Johns Church, Footscray, Victoria, 24 July 1948. Ruby was born in Footscray, Vic, Aus. 8 July 1912. Ruby died 23 February 1975 in Footscray, Vic, Aus., at 62 years of age. Her body was interred 25 February 1975 in Altona Nth, Vic., Aus., Memorial Park.

James Balmain RICHARDS and Ruby Margaret MEDDINGS had the following child:
