ENERGY SPECTRA AND LOCALIZED STATES OF ELECTRONS
IN BOUNDED CRYSTALS
The dispersion law of electrons in film and semi-infinite crystalline
structures was derived by the method of two-\-time temperature dependent
Green's functions. In variance from unbounded structures, the electron
energy spectra in film posses the gap and the band of electron energies is
narrower and strictly discrete. The conditions for the appearance and
existence of the localized electron states were found and analyzed as the
function of boundary parameters.
