  • To approach them in proper way by introducing your company and products.  

  • To respond on theirs queries.  

  • To remind them about your existing products ,improvements and developments of your products and policy.  

  • To promote your web site or homepages.  

  • Try at all the level best to mature deal.

Deatils of service operation:  

First of all we will open your new e-mail account. All the correspondence for your company and products will be made through that new e-mail account.   We will approach customers for your products or services through that new e-mail account. We will forward  inquiries comes from that customers to your existing e-mail account.. You will to send us feedback with complete details regarding that inquiry.

We will start negotiation  after receiving your feedback and similarly further negotiation will go on. For any questions or confusion we can discuss by  telephonic talking also or by personnel meeting.

CHARGES/FEES:  

Contract period :   one year

Contract amount:  Rs.40,000/-  per annum

Commission on confirmed order :  3 %  (On Confirmation of order )

  PAYMENT TERMS:

  •  100 % in advance through demand draft only in favour of Mr. AZAZ  I. MOTIWALA.  

  • If you want to pay monthly ,provide us 11 cheques and a demand draft of Rs. 4000/- in favour of Mr. AZAZ  I. MOTIWALA .   (For Local Station Only)

  • Commission will to be paid on receipt of confirmed order and LC. 

YOU WILL TO PROVIDE US THE FOLLOWING

  1. A fill up client information form.

  2. Scanned pictures of your products and details.

  3. An appointment letter indicating our appointment with your company for international marketing for the  the period of one year with payment details.
