On the ground floor we have two separate, independent apartments

The Rose
Apartment
(60 square metres + 40 square metres veranda )

Two bedrooms, one living/dining room with cooking area (gas stove, gas oven, fridge, wash-basin), two bathrooms with shower. Sleeps 3 to 6 people. Private outdoor shaded terrace (33 square metres) overlooking a wonderful panorama, on the south side of the house. The apartment has two entrances, one in the living/dining room and the other in the smaller room, which can be arranged either as a second sleeping room or a living room. The veranda, heated in the wintertime, is a very wide living room overlooking the garden.

 

 

The Sunflower
Apartment
(38 square metres + 3 square metres porch)

One sleeping room, one living/dining room with cooking area and a bunk bed, one bathroom with shower. Sleeps 2 to 4 people. Private outdoor space overlooking a wonderful panorama. The apartment has two entrances, one in the living/dining room and the other in the sleeping room, which enjoys a wonderful sight, with Todi in the distance. There's also a little porch, adjoining the living/dining room. The cooking area is fitted with gas stove, gas oven, wash-basin. In the larder you'll find the fridge and the shelves with pots and pans, cutlery, dishes and everything you need to cook and serve meals.

 

 

Both apartments are fitted with independent gas heating systems.
