David Boreanaz, the black haired, brown eyed, 6'1, gorgeous actor that plays Angel on the hit
show, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, was born on May 16, 1971 in Buffalo, New York. However, he
grew up in Philadelphia where his father is a weather forecaster for WPVI. He first knew he
wanted to be an actor when he went to see "The King and I" at age seven, and after graduating
from Ithaca College he moved to Hollywood. Before being discovered while he was walking his
dog, David lived like a starving actor, earning his way by parking cars, painting houses and
handing out towels at a sports club. Some of the things he's appeared in would be the show
"Married...With Children", "Men Don't Lie", "Hatful of Rain", "Italian-American Reconciliation",
and "Fool for Love". His film credits include "Aspen Extreme", "Eyes of the World", and "Best of
the Best 2". Currently he has 2 dogs, Bertha Blue and Fritz and lives with his wife, Ingrid, in Los
Angeles. This fall he will starring in his own show, "Angel".
