My Plan to Lose Weight

I've decided I need a plan of action before I start.


Although I love my family dearly, they just don't know what it's like to fight weight. I've found a some wonder Weight Loss Buddys and with their support, along with the Weight Watchers program I plan to win this weight war! I HAVE asked my family to help support me with my weight-loss so this means limiting fast foods to places where I can eat a low-fat meal. It also means less snacks around the house.

I plan to use the the WEIGHT WATCHERS WINNING POINTS PROGRAM. It's the best plan for me since I still have to cook meals for my family. It's a balanced meal and allows you to eat per your lifestyle. Here's some of my other plans:

My Personal Goals:

I've decided to add this because it might be a great incentive for me to try a little harder, hmmmmmm??? They are just some mini-goals for me to reach for. Although...I am telling myself  "I will not turn to food if I don't reach my mini-goals"  "If I lost any weight I am a success not a failure"  "I will promise myself to fulfill this reward, I've earned it"
