Read a chapter or two from the Bible. Discuss. Add event or Character to timeline.

9:20-9:40:
Geography
Read from E.D. Hirsch book. Find areas read about on map and mark on our own map. Goal: make our own map from scratch.

9:40-10:00:
Art/Music
Read from Hirsch book, listen to cd's of music we are studying. Alternate Music and Art days.

10:00-10:20:
Science (Health on Wednesdays) Do experiments, build models, and other hands on experience related to subject. Hirsch books, Dorling Kindersley, Science in a nutshell kits and endless other kits.

10:20-10:40: Greek/Latin (Grammar on Wednesday)
English from the Roots up, make cards with words and study. Simply Grammar (Wed.).

10:40-11:00:
Spelling
Beechick books and individualized list.

11:00-11:20:
Reading
Teach your child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons, Library book, or other parent approved book.

11:20-11:40:
Math
Cuisinaire, BJU, Saxon, worksheets and manipulatives

11:40-12:00:
Writing
