Advantages Danger Sense (1)---------------[These two Advantages I feel help her be more Catlike. Heightened Senses (3)----------Except for the sense of taste, it is explained in the background] Strong Alcohol Tolerance (1)--The Yetis who raised her were drunkards and so she grew up drinking a lot and therefore can hold her liquor Disadvantages Water Phobia (1)-------------[As with above, these together were added to make her catlike Can't Swim (1)---------------But also they come into play since she fell in a river, and was raised by Yetis who don't bathe and can't swim.] Unlucky (2)-------------------She's a Black Neko, so I figured that she's have bad luck. Poor Family (1)--------------The Yetis didn't have much money. Appearance: Sushi is four feet tall, which makes her feel a little self conscious when she is around people taller than her. Her weight is approximately 95 pounds, most of which can be attributed to her muscle mass. She has dazzling blue eyes which seem to sparkle when she causes trouble or gets into mischief. Her tail is quite long, and there is just the slightest indication of little tuffs of hair on the tips of her big ears. Her midnight black fur is of medium length, and it has a healthy shine to it when it is brushed out. Her looks are quite lovely to other Nekos, but they aren't terribly atracted to her because of her strong odor. She refuses to bath except when forced to, which isn't too often. She bites her claws when she gets nervous, which ads geekish charm. Background: A family of Neko went down near the river for a picnic. While the parents laid out the lunch the litter mates went down to the water line to look at fish. The "kittens", barely toddlers, reached into the water and grabbed at minnows. Then the runt of the little, a black kitten, saw a pretty copper colored fish just out of reach. As she stretched out over the water in an attempt at it, she fell in and was swept downstream. Down the river a short distance was a trio of male Yeti. They were fishing with a large net. They brought up their nets full of fish, one of them swung it up onto his back and they took it home to their cave. Once back in the den a female Yeti appeared and said, "You bring sushi?" The men replied, "Yah, sushi, see sushi!" and they dumped the net on the floor. Out of it spilt a great deal of fish and a small, half drowned Neko kitten. The woman Yeti picked her up and said, "This not sushi." She tossed her to one of the men, "Smell like sushi," was his reply as he tossed her to the next. This Yeti licked her and said, "Taste like sushi. Bad with hair. No can eat." The third man took her from him and said, "What do with it? Throw back to river?" By this time the little Neko was shivering from the cold. She started to mew pitifully. The female took her, dried her off, and said, "Me keep. It baby. What I call it?" The men looked at each other and in unison said, "Sushi". She was raised as a Yeti and as she grew the men took her on their adventures, which consisted of going down to a nearby Imp village, stealing great barrels of Alcohol, beating people up, and pillaging the town. This occurred at least twice a month. They'd returned to the cave with all manner of things. The loot would vary from season to season, but the Alcohol remained the same. All four Yeti and Sushi would drink and drink until they were fall down drunk, which took a great deal of it for an eight foot tall Yeti, and a surprisingly large amount for a four foot tall Neko. Sushi often thought back about the first time they took her with them to the town. She was about 4 years old and had fallen asleep in one of the large sacks that the Yetis used to steal pigs in. She was actually being punished (by being hung on the wall of the cave in a sack) for drinking the last of the liquor from the last raid. The men were in a hurry to get some more and the one who took Sushi's sack didn't notice her small form inside. He dragged the sack on the ground, hitting bumps and rocks. Sushi got pretty mad. But he didn't notice her yelling because he was too busy making the Yeti raiding noise, "Yaaahhh WooooooooRaaaaaaOOOoooooo!" that he and his brothers came up with. It wasn't until they were nearing the village and they paused to discuss which bar to hit first did they discover there presence. They pulled her from the sack. "Small Sushi, you not be here. This big Yeti business. You go home!" of course Sushi couldn't go home because she didn't know her way back. The yetis then told her to stay put and that they would come back for her. But Sushi was a mischievous Neko and didn't wait for them. As soon as the Yetis had broken the door down on the largest bar in the village Sushi slipped away, jumped onto a barrel and then onto a roof of a house. She ran along the top of the building and looked down the chimney. Unfortunately she lost her balance and when crashing down into someone's cooking pot. It promptly overturned and, lucky for Sushi it only scalded her little bit. The women in the house chased her out screaming for their husbands and sons to come and help get rid of the intruder. The men however, were busy fighting the Yetis off, so they did not appear. Sushi ran through the house grabbing jewelry off of dressers, then she run up the stairs and jumped out the attic window. She landed on the roof of the pig shelter, and for a moment it held, but not a long enough moment. She went crashing through and landed on a large sow, nursing her young piglets. The sow leaped to her feet and Sushi went for a wild ride through the building out through the mud and on down the street. Sushi held on to the sow's left ear and Yelled, "Yaaahhh WooooooooRaaaaaaOOOoooooo!" The piglets were close on their mother's hooves and Sushi reached down and scooped one up. As she was riding the pig past the bar her family came running out, carrying great kegs of beer. At the sight of her they all did a double take. Then one ran and got the Pig bag. He opened it up and Sushi managed to steer the sow into it. She jumped off as the pig entered the bag and the Yeti scooped it up. Sushi still had the piglet, and was holding it by one leg over her back. They all ran into the forest and back to the cave. What a laugh her mother had at the tale. They enjoyed a good pig roast that night, and Sushi had her own piglet all to herself to eat. One day, several years later, after another late night of bar fights and some horse stealing, Sushi woke up in a tall tree. She had no idea how she had got there and did not know how to get down as Yeti do not climb trees, only mountains. She yelled, "Sushi stuck! Break tree!" but the drunken Yeti were still passed out in the cave. Eventually, several hours later, a troop of traveling Neko clerics happened by. "Me stuck!" she yelled to them, "You help?" "I say Brother," said one to another, "Did she say that she is stuck in the tree?" "I do believe that she did say that, Brother. But it is hard to tell when she has such dreadful grammar. I wonder why she doesn't climb down." "Why don't we ask her, Brothers," said a third. "If you are stuck, my dear," he hollered up to her, "Why don't you climb down?" Sushi gave them a puzzled look, "Climb? No climb tree, climb mountain." "Good grief Brothers, she doesn't know how to climb trees... I must climb up and rescue her." "Perhaps you should hold off, it could be a trap. After all, Brothers, how else would she had arrived in that predicament?" Just then Sushi slipped and fell in the tree. She managed to grab a hold of a branch but it was obvious to the Neko now that she indeed had no idea how to climb a tree and that she was likely to not be able to hold on much longer. The largest of the three, an orange tabby, slipped off his cloak (so that it would not become entangled in the climb he explained) and up he went. He was at her side in moments and had her down shortly after. After he had her on the ground he commented, "Whew! Don't you ever bathe?" "No bath! Hate water. Water scary, water bad. No bath." "Well, I'm afraid that you need one, you smell like a Yeti." Just then the Yeti woman awoke from her drunken stupor and ventured outside. She saw the Neko clerics and Sushi. She ran over to them. "Sushi," she began, "Where you go? JuJu not find in cave. Who dem?" "Sushi in tree long time. Me get help from dem. He climb tree like ant." The Neko clerics just stared at Sushi and JuJu, not believing their eyes. Then the Yeti turned to face the orange tabby. "You save Sushi! You brave! Eat horse?" "Yes, maybe, no, in that order." he said with a half giggle. He didn't think that she was serious. "Want order? JuJu not restaurant, you eat horse." With that said she ushered all of them into the cave. As the evening progressed the Neko were equally appalled with the Yeti's (and Sushi's) table manners as they were with Sushi's grammar. However they were still quite taken by Sushi's beauty as she had stunning blue eyes and her black fur was so silky. Sushi, likewise, was absolutely enthralled with the guests. She had never met anyone smaller than eight feet tall who wasn't afraid of their group and she was also very happy when she noticed that they had retractable claws, big pointy ears and a tail, like she did, because she had always assumed hers were a birth defect. Later after the Neko men made camp for the night, in the woods nearby, JuJu took Sushi aside and spoke candidly to her. "Sushi, you same as guests. Take one as mate?" This shocked Sushi for the thought had never crossed her mind, until now. "Me not know. Kind of puny. Must test." "No test now, go sleep. Test in morning." As it was, it was Sushi who would be tested. She had a hard time falling asleep and decided to go for a walk to clear her head. Shortly after she left she heard a scream from her home. She ran back and saw an angry mob of villagers come out of the cave carrying torches, clubs, spears and all manner of weaponry, along with most of the loot from the cave. They had tied up the Yeti and were carrying them off into the night. Just as she started to leap on them she was tackled from behind. It was the Neko brothers. They whispered to her, "There's too many of them. Do you want them to take you too?" The four of them followed the group to a clearing where the villagers dumped the Yeti into a very large pit. There were four men heavily clad in black armor guarding the prisoners. After the villagers disbanded a wizard appeared and walked over to the guards . They spoke briefly and then POOF! They all disappeared, including the pit! "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" cried Sushi. She ran to the place where the pit was and started to dig at the ground where the pit had been. "Where go? Where go?" She started to sob. The men took her back to her home. Once there she found, in a hiding place, a few bottles of whiskey and a small pouch containing 200 gold pieces. She drank all of the liquor and went to sleep. "Sushi find family. You help Sushi?" she asked them when she woke up. And that they did. They taught her how to use her Neko-ness to enhance her fighting skills. The men discovered that Sushi was climbing trees in her sleep, which would explain the location they found her in that first night. After a little coaching she learned to climb, in her waking hours, like the rest of race. Her jumping was already superb in fact she seemed to be able to do it better than her teachers. Her fighting skills were good from her use of them in harassing the village. After awhile They felt that Sushi was prepared to look for her family. They traveled to a different village, where she would not be recognized and there she bought some leather mail, a bandana, and some Mithril claws. Although the men wanted to stay with her on her quest, they were called to another town where a horrible sickness was coming over people. They guessed that it was caused from some poison getting into the food or the water for the village, but they were too busy healing to test their theory. Sushi wanted to stay and help since they had helped her so much. but she didn't know how to help, so she prepared to leave. Her friends threw her a going away party. As she took a bite from a game hen she said, "Taste like burning". The men immediately analyzed the food and discovered that there was poison in it! After discovering where it was coming from they were able to cure the town! Sushi clearly had a gift for this. They thanked her for helping them by further developing her super tasting abilities. After her training was completed she decided it was time to go. Again the men were going to come, but this time a messenger sent for them to come to another town near where some warring was occurring, so they parted ways. But Sushi's adventure is just beginning... Personality: Sushi is a very brash Neko. She firmly believes that Yeti are the highest form of life. She is very loyal and caring, but very mischievous. She likes starting fights just for the thrill of it. She says exactly what she is thinking, and often jumps to the wrong conclusion. She is plagued with bad luck, and seems to unintentionally inflict it upon others. Possessions: Under her armor she wears a cow skin dress which reaches mid thigh, and goes up over one shoulder. When she dresses up, she wears an Imp bracelet around her tail. She has a small pouch contain what little gold she has left, and a fur brush which was given to her by her friends as a parting gift. She also has a tuft of Yeti hair with a pink ribbon tied around it, which belonged to her mother, JuJu. She carries a broken mirror. It too was given to her by the Neko clerics, but she promptly dropped it and broke it, possibly initiating, but more likely adding to her bad luck. Goals: To find her Yeti family and rescue them. She also secretly hopes to find a mate since she has started going into heat. Fo the adventures of Sushi, click here. |

Advantages Beauty-Very Beautiful-(2)---------------Pink Moogles (FF7) get all the guys. Animal Companion-Black Chocobo-(2)-She stole his egg from the Elder of the Moogles. Disadvantages Known Criminal-(2)---------------------Everyone knows that she stole the black chocobo egg Rebellious Spirit-(1)---------------------She was never satisfied doing what was expected of her. Psychotic Aversion-Cheese-(1)---------She was raised on a cheese farm, and she had very little to eat except cheese, then later she was nearly poisoned while working as the cheese tester for the elder. Appearance: Kupita is short for a Moogle (3'), but that may be because she hasn't finished growing yet. She lies about her age and claims to be 15, but she maybe as young as 9 or 10. She is a real juvenile delinquent. She is also a fat little Moogle, tipping the scales at a whopping 100lbs. She has very chubby cheeks, which have a rosy glow. Part of her good looks is the fact that she is a pink Moogle (FF7), with very long eyelashes. Background: Kupita was born on a Moogle run dairy farm owned by her father and mother, Kupopo and Maggy. Kupita is the youngest of 8 children, and when the other children shirked their duties, her parents made her pick up the slack. She hated working on the farm and would purposely mess up to infuriate her parents. Her family was not poor, but neither were they wealthy, and because of the number of Children in the family, they couldn't afford much food from the market, so they ate a lot of cheese. They'd have Cheese omelets for breakfast, Grilled Cheese sandwiches for lunch, and Cheese fondue for dinner every day. Kupita complained constantly about the food and said that she wanted kupo nuts instead of cheese. One day the elder of the Moogle tribe was almost assassinated by some poisoned exotic cheese, and so he decided to employ a cheese taster, and figured that the dairy farm would be the logical place to look for one. Kupita's parents were so sick of her complaining that they immediately "volunteered" her for the job. A bonus for Kupita is that the taster was paid in kupo nuts, and kupo nut butter. The elder very much liked cheese and so Kupita had to do a lot of tasting, which is how she got to be so fat. Also, kupo nut butter is very fattening. But then one tragic day, another attempt was made on the elder's life. Kupita took a bite from the cheese and fell to the ground, in convulsions. After she recovered she was enrolled in a poison school so that next time she would be able to identify if there was poison in the cheese without making herself sick. Kupita asked them why they hadn't done it before. They told her that they hadn't had the funding. This angered her so greatly, that she asked if perhaps they consider hiring someone besides her, that is, she told them that she was going to quit. It was then that she was told that her parents had sold her to the elder to be his indentured servant. She plotted her escape and revenge on her cheesy parents. She had made several attempts at escape, once she tried to fly out the window of her room, but she had just eaten ten kupo nuts and she was too bloated to fly, so she fell and hurt herself. Then she tried to escape from the healing room as they were bandaging her doodliebob, which had suffered greatly from the fall. She grabbed the bandages and tied up the cleric and his assistants, but as she ran out the door she slammed into a stable hand who had twisted his ankle falling off a Chocobo. He stopped her and rescued the others. After that Kupita was put under careful watch by the guards. She started freaking out every time that she saw cheese so they took her off cheese tasting duty and she was put to work doing the work of the stable hand, who was promoted to Cheese taster. Scooping Chocobo droppings is one of the worst jobs a Moogle can have. They smell, are messy and, well, it is just plain gross. However, while she was working in the stables, there were very few guards following her (most couldn't stand the smell). One day as she was cleaning she noticed that only one guard had followed her. It was then that she remembered that the others were called away for the great Tournament that was held annually in the square. The guards would fight and win prizes. The one watching her must not have been eligible to compete because he wasn't skilled enough. She figured this was her chance to escape. She had been preparing for this moment. She took the knapsack of supplies that she had hidden in a nest and stuffed an egg into it. She would eat it later on her trip she figured. Then she got a big shovel full of Chocodung and flung it all over the guard. He totally flipped out and ran around screaming trying to wipe it off. Kupita flew out the back of the stable and off into the forest. Finally she was free. After she had been on the run for hours she decided to cook the egg that she had stolen. She prepared a fire and set up her skillet. She took the egg and cracked it open. As she started to dump it onto the skillet a baby chocobo fell out. She quickly grabbed him off the hot surface. "Oh you poor thing! And stupid me! I must have taken you from the wrong nest. The egg I was after was just laid this morn..." but then she stopped talking as she noticed the color of the little chocobo. It was black. "I am SO dead!" In her haste to escape not only had she grabbed the egg from the wrong nest, she had grabbed it from the worst possible nest. This chocobo was the elder's. He had spent years preparing to breed a black chocobo. She didn't dare take him back. She named him H.P. for Hot Property. It wouldn't take long for every Moogle in the area to know what she did. And soon there would be a price on her head. She left the area of her homeland for the sanctuary of anywhere else. H.P. grew quickly and soon Kupita had him so that she could ride him like nobody's business. This is where we find them today. Personality: She is rebellious and hates responsibility (and Cheese). She has no qualms about stealing and when she gets caught she gets into big fights. The truth is, she'll fight anybody, at anytime, if she is dared. She also loves to show off on her Chocobo. She likes to do Loop-de-loops. She is pretty much a self-centered brat. Possessions: Besides her armor and her faithful chocobo companion, Kupita doesn't have much in the way of possessions. Goals: She doesn't have any really, except to have fun while she can before she gets caught, and (long term) she wishes to return someday for revenge on her parents.
