Imperiale Restaurant is inspired by my italian and peruvian heritage and of corse with a large dose of love! And not least by all our clients who helped make the place what it is. Thanks to you all! Nouvelle Cuisine mixtures and home made preparations. Our Sugar Cane ice cream is something else... just a pure mixture of not refined sugar and milk, nada mas!! Sometimes we use Rucola instead of basil, it is a little bit lighter! Our breakfast fruit confiture... is always freshly prepared. Peru has remarkable fruit and we like to add a little cinammon with the pineapple.
