Acted as marine consultants to
the Port of Singapore Authority in 1994 regarding damage to a wharf structure due to
contact by a large container vessel during berthing operation and assisted in the recovery
of the loss from the shipowners. |

Conducted outturn inspection
and the supervision of discharge for the Singapore Mass Rapid Transport Corporation of a
total of 19 shipments of Metro trains including inland transit for the Woodlands Line
Extension in 1994/1995. |

Cargo Surveyors/Adjusters for
losses arising from the shipment and construction of a large pulp and paper mill in
Pekanbaru, Indonesia in 1994 to 1996. |

Investigations into the total
loss of a 200-passenger ferry in Cambodia due to a major fire incident on board the vessel
in 1996. |
|
Comprehensive surveys
including the feasibility study, salvaging and the recovery of a fleet of mixer trucks
from a stricken vessel in Labuan, Malaysia for transfer to Vietnam for a major Government
agency in 1996. |

Damage assessment of a large
diesel power plant shipped on board a vessel due to heavy weather damage in South China
Sea whilst the vessel was enroute from Korea to India in January 1997. |

Investigation into an
environmental pollution liability claim arising from oil spillage in the course of a
product tanker berthed at an oil terminal in 1997. |

Investigation into the supply
of bad bunkers causing extensive damage to the main engine of a large tanker as well as
consequential losses such as loss of hire, deviation costs and demurrage in 1997. |

INSIGHT
MARINE SERVICES has recently been appointed as the official surveyors by the Land
Transport Authority and their insurers for the MASS RAPID TRANSPORT (MRT) North - East
Line and the Changi Extension. It is expected that this project will commence in 1998 and
stretch to the year 2008. |

the SINGAPORE SUPREME COURT. |
