Our three heroes have slowly walked up to and surrounded Ancestor intending on continuing their previous success by attacking at the same time. When they strike, Ancestor leaps straight up into the air and unleashes a blast of energy downwards knocking Tiger Wong and Gold Dragon away. Barbarian, however, manages to stay in and grabs Ancestor in a rear bear hug. He shouts for Tiger Wong and Gold Dragon to strike but Ancestor's inner power is too great and the hold is immediatly broken. This momentary distraction gives Tiger Wong the chance to strike using his Thundering Poison Dragon Drill kick which slams Ancestor back into the side of the mountain creating a sizeable dent. Ancestor laughs it off but Tiger is struggling just to stand. With his opportunity open Gold Dragon attacks with his claw but is knocked way back right off the cliff. After he lands Dragon begins to flashback to the death of Silver Chime and the pages turn red again. In the end he imagines himself being slammed backwards by Ancestor. He finally comes to his senses, sits up and begins healing himself. When Gold Dragon spots Guy he rushes over to help him. Apparently while Gold Dragon was unconcious the fight ended. Guy relates the results of the fight. The battle continues as Barbarian and Tiger Wong faught a losing battle. After Barbarian and Tiger Wong are swatted away once again a strange energy begins to encircle Guy lifting him off the ground. It the power of Buddha granting him the strength for one final mighty attack. Ancestor readies himself until Guy meets him palm to palm. Guy unloads with so much innerpwer that the entire mountain shatters beneath him. The explosion knocks Guy backwards and out cold. The only question now is 'what the heck happened to everybody'? Suddenly a rumbling builds from beneath the rubble of the mountain and the ground explodes outwards.

Gold Dragon is convinced that Ancestor is the source of the underground rumblings and starts to call his out. Over and over again he yells for Ancestor to come out, asking him if he's deaf. Guy meekly calls for Gold Dragon's attention as the Global Cult faction comes wandering up. Old Supreme informs Gold Dragon that there's no reason to call for Ancestor as he's already lightfooted away from the area. Despite the fact that there bodies are physically exhausted Gold Dragon and Guy prepare to fight again. Luckily, Old Supreme doesn't seem to be in the mood for a battle and tells them that it was the explosive power generated by Guy that chased Ancestor away. Old Supreme asks Guy if he still has any of the power left within him. As Guy concentrates a Golden Light eminates from his clasped hands. Suddenly the side of mountain crashes outwards. From within emerges Barbarian and Tiger Wong looking haggard but alive. Looking around, Old Supreme notices that The Supreme is absent and begins to worry that he's gone to persue Ancestor. Another piece of the mountain collapses and out steps Sky Crane still alive. Old Supreme rushes to aid him while apologizing for Global Cult's late arrival. Of course he's lying, Global Cult was there the whole time but chose to hang back.

Meanwhile, Ancestor is making his way through the woods looking rather damaged himself. With blood dripping from his mouth Ancestor kneels down and roars with anger. He pounds the ground and unleashes a shockwave that tears down the surrounding trees. The Supreme, who was wandering in the woods gets caught in the maelstrom. In his attempt to escape he runs right into Ancestor. The power of Ancestor scares the hell out of The Supereme and he backs away, cowering next to a tree. Ancestor approaches in a rather non-threatening manner but then boots The Supreme in the gut so hard that he smashes right through the tree. Leaping into the air, Ancestor stomps down on The Supreme driving him into the ground. Ancestor turns and looks to be walking away but when The Supreme struggles back to his feet Ancestor rushes back and punches him in the face. The Supreme makes a weak attempt to defend himself with some kicks to no avail, Ancestor continues to pummel him. With his back against a tree, The Supreme tries to talk his way out but Ancestor is merciless. He unleashes a blast of energy sends The Supreme through another tree. Ancestor delivers a palm strike that drives The Supreme's head back into the ground creating a small crater. Raising his hand, Ancestor delivers one final blow. A chop to the side of the neck that shatters The Supreme's senses. The Supreme is shocked to find himself still alive. For whatever reason Ancestor has allowed him to live.
