Agreement

I, the artist, and original author of the music I am submitting, agree to the terms stated below:

I. You must be the original author of the music submitted. Illegal works will not be allowed.   

II. You agree to let all of the artists post the CD online with your track on it.                        

III. You agree to post the CD as-is. That means ABSOLUTELY NO MODIFICATIONS TO THE CD ARTWORK OR TRACK LIST. Doing so will result in PERMANENT REMOVAL from this project and all future projects.                                                           

IV. You agree to post the CD at the set price.                                                                     

V. You release all possible copyright restrictions on your song and give express permision for all the artists participating to use your track for IncrediTrance purposes ONLY.              

VI. The song you are submitting must be in some genre of trance.
