Minsky's Pizza is a small chain around the Kansas City area. Though there is no uniform architectural design for the restaurants, each one offers the same menu. Besides pizza, Minsky's also offers sandwiches, pasta and even hummus. To use a cliche', Minsky's is truly a K.C. original.

Located in Columbia, Mo., Shakespeare's is a bit of a drive, but probably worth it. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is absolute college.
