Botero and Me
Power Point Presentations
Designing, Spanish, and teaching have combined into a multitude of PowerPoint presentations I have created. If you find these as a teacher please enjoy them fully in your teaching, my students have found them extremely refreshing.
I teach because it is simply a part of who I am. I teach Spanish because I enjoy the language and culture and enjoy broadening students' horizons with it.
My first series that I list here was created for Eastern Illinois University in Charleston Illinios. The school was searching for a way of introducing our students about up-to-date information about Latin America, I researched, created and presented these six presentations for them through a university grant (I do not include Festivals because it is much too large):

 Technology
As you can see by the picture, I am a huge fan of Fernando Botero. I include here two versions of the same Presentation. One is the presentation to show to the class, the other is a version to printout for notes.
This one is to be used for teaching prepositions through the use of Deseo a Federico Lorca poem.  During my college days I also created a couple of presentations for Hispanic authors.
Other presentations to use in class:
articles           vocabulary of past times
nationalities    e to i verbs
When teaching about school activities and supplies I use this basic presentation about Mexico schools.
