Arkarilth is the unatural spawn of the union between The Witch King and The Hag Sorceress Morathi. He was born on the alter of Khain and was weened on the blood of the the witch elves victims and raised as a bloody slayer. Arakilth is still young for an elf being a mere 200 years old, perhaps due to this fact he still is not trusted as a general.

Arakilth is classified as a hero as described in the Dark Elf Army Book. He however can act as the army General.
