Your Orc army may include Grugnok as an independent character or general, in which case he replaces the general in the army list section of the Orc Army List. He may only ever lead units of Black Orcs or Big 'Uns, considering himself too good to lead lesser troops.
Ever since he was born, Grugnok has loved killing dwarfs, and was, and still is, very good at it! Each dwarf he killed he shaved off their beard and stuck it on his bannerpole. By the time he was 15 it was getting stupid - his bannerpole weighed a ton! So he decided, to his dissapointment, to stop collecting beards.
But even without the pleasure of collecting beards, Grugnok found that he still loved killing dwarfs. He killed them as often as he could, and killed as many as he could, resulting in many famous victories over the dwarfs. One day, when fighting the dwarfs, the leader of his clan killed the dwarf general before Grugnok could get at him. Grugnok was enraged. He immediately challenged the clan leader to single combat. The following fight was quite close, but in the end Grugnok inflicted the fatal blow and won, much to the despair of the orcs who had placed a bet on the old leader.
So it is that Grugnok became leader of the Cracked Skulls clan. It is unsuprising that all the attacks that the clan has made under his command so far have been against dwarfs...

WEAPONS/ARMOUR: 2 Axes.
MAGIC ITEMS: Grugnok carries the Wardy Fing, an ancient anti-dwarf talisman. He may have two other magic items chosen from the Warhammer Magic Supplement, but bear in mind he has no hands free.
MOUNTS: Grugnok always fights on foot - it's easier to reach the dwarfs!

Grugnok carries the Wardy Fing, an ancient anti-dwarf talisman. It means that any dwarf attacking Grugnok has an additional -1 to hit modifier.
Only da Best
Grugnok will only fight with the best orcy troops. This means he may only ever lead units of black orcs or big 'uns.
Incredibly Lucky
Grugnok seems to have this knack of never once being even touched when fighting dwarfs. This gives him a 5+ unmodified save against any dwarf attack, even ones that do not normally allow a save.
