The 65th Anniversary
Report
Part 3: Post-event
The whole event cost well over $600, most of it out my own account. The chapter does
have the funds to pay for this event because of the generous support of donors and fundraisers. The Budget and actual expenses can be found here as soon as I complete it. The chapter owes me big time as I become a creditor to this organization.
The 65th Anniversary continues well after
December 6, 2004. Years before that day, Robert Peeks and some alumni have been planning another reunion, bigger than the previous. I am in A Phi O GB
Reunion Committee and we have an event scheduled on April 23, 2005. I anticipate that up to 200 people will attend this event in the very large Visona Park.
The 65th Anniversary was just a precursor to the Reunion. Many alumni of all ages are participating in the planning of this special event. This is the biggest event for the Alumni in a long time, and it is their turn to shine and celebrate their years in service and beyond. The Reunion Committee encourages active members to
participate. The Committee has meetings monthly to discuss what will be going on. The
involvement of as many people as possible is vital to make it successful. If you
are interested in working on this committee or would like more information,
please contact me at kennethcheung1@iwon.com
