Solution 13
Each car has to drive exactly 1 km. As all the cars all drive equally fast
in each moment, they will all the time drive in directions that will keep
being in 90 angle to each other. Each of the cars thus approaches its target
in a rate that is the same as the car speed over ground. The speed is not
interesting per se as the cars moves in the same speed. But also the approached
distance is exactly the same as the distance over ground! The total length
each car has to drive before they all collide is the same as the original
distance that was 1 km.
