this is it, 1 hour of bittering.
Remove all of your hops from the water, make sure that you boiled enough water to account for losing about a 1/4 gallon in the hops.
drain it well, that's the good stuff you'll be throwing away if not
back into the wort bucket with you! 
Simple convection cooled this down to < 70 in just 20 minutes.  Next time I'll have a wort chiller but wanted to do it the hard way the first time. Only true way I can be completely thankful :)
