verify your hydrometer
Double, double, double check your starting gravity.
Down to the 2 minute warning of the 4th.  I use a cheese cloth on a strainer to get any more sediment when I transfer it to the carboy.
This is it. 4th and 1 for the win with 1 second on the clock. 
this looks much, much worse than it does in the picture. 
Note it with bottle date and starting gravity.  We're done for 2 weeks.
