Preparation Time : 10 min + cooling time

 

 

4 GUESTS INGREDIENTS

75 Gr Gorgonzola Cheese (Blue Cheese)

75 Gr Cream Cheese

4 big juicy Pears

a little Lemon Juice

4 Sprigs of fresh Pennyroyal Mint

DRESSING

 

3 T spoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 T spoon of Lemon Juice

1 T spoon of Pennyroyal Mint chopped

1 Tea spoon of Sugar

 

Salt and Black Pepper

1°STEP

Work your Gorgonzola Cheese and Cream Cheese in order to get a nice soft and creamy mix.

Fill an icing syringe with your mix.

 

 

 

 

 

 

2°STEP

Remove the Pear Core with a corer.

Brush the inside pulp with Lemon Juice to avoid its natural oxidation.

Fill each pear with your mix.

Keep in fridge until time to serve.

 

 

3°STEP

Prepare the dressing by shaking  your Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, minced Pennyroyal, Sugar Salt and Pepper.

 

 

4°STEP

Cut each pear in four even thin slices.

Put 4 slices on each plate.

 

 

Dress and decorate with the Pennyroyal Mint sprigs.
