Cooking Time : 20 min

 

 

15 Biscuits Ingredients

50 Gr Butter

Some more Butter to grease your baking pan

50 Gr Flour

Some more Flour to flour your baking pan

50 Gr Sugar

1 T Spoon of clear honey

50 Gr Candied Cherries

25 Gr Mix of Candied Fruit

25 Gr Crunched Almonds

100 Gr of Plain Chocolate

 

1°STEP

Heat your Oven at 180°.

Grease your Baking Pan and flour it.

 

2°STEP

Heat Butter, Sugar and Honey slowly on gently flame.

Remove from heat and add Flour, Cherries, Candied Fruit and Almonds.

 

 

 

 

 

3°STEP

Put your mix in your Baking Pan with the help of a T Spoon paying attention to space out each Biscuit because cooking will make them expand a little.

Smooth down each Biscuit surface.

 

 

4°STEP

Cook in oven for 10 minutes until your Biscuits become browned and crunchy.

Let your Biscuits cool.

Heat at bain-marie Chocolate until melted.

Spread Chocolate on the smoothed  side of each biscuit.

When almost solid decorate each biscuit by making lines with the help of a fork.

Let your Biscuits cool.

 

 

SUGGESTION

For a quicker way  distribute all of your mix on the baking pan covered with non sticky baking paper.

Let it cook and cover with chocolate.

You’ll get a nice crunchy cake.
