Personality Dimensions® is based on leading-edge research into human motivation by the likes of Jung, Kiersey, Myers-Bringgs, Lowry and Berensand behavior and helps to explain what motivates behavior in people with different personalities or temperaments.
Through using the Personality Dimensions tool, your team of employees or volunteers will create: a deeper understanding of each other's needs, a desire to work effectively together, and stronger, more effective relationships.

JCM Research & Development Certified PD Facilitators conduct this half-day or full-day fun-filled, engaging workshop for any organization or group from 20-200. It is delivered in a format that both recognizes and addresses a variety of learning styles.
