In the yellow corner: John Harbourne... some formidable competition, captain of arguably the most successful IAK team ever and winners of 1986 series Grand Final (Childers). |
In the green corner: Borgas... arguably more formidable, undisputed double-champion in Space Race and umpteen other events. All-rounder Trewavis for blue. Feel sorry for the red guy. Feel very sorry. |
Action aplenty in the start of Pirates. This reality television fad is just going too far. Borgas eventually won, Trewavis second. |
Childers won for the night though (as per usual), hence the smile on their pirate's face. Don't know why Burra's pirate is smiling. |
Dig those fog headlights on the scoreboard. Yep. Childers won. Ho hum. Next! |
Fetch the Bones, a perennially popular shallow slope event, the dogs run down to dig out large bones from a haystack. |
Riverland staked their Joker on the event, confident in the ability of their hay-fever suffering captain in finding bones hidden in a large haystack. Far be it for us though to question the strategic IAK mastermind that is Bob Sellars. |

Cripey this guy is multi-talented. No Claratyne needed. |
