At the East Coast Music Awards in February 1998, Great Big Sea was presented with a double platinum award  for Up and  a single platinum award  for Play, which went double platinum shortly after the awards.  Up is now triple platinum!  They won 5 ECMA awards that night, including Entertainer Of The Year for the 3rd year in a row!
