There. Now that you know I'm serious, let's get down to business.
I am known most commonly as Jennie, Jennifer, Hey-You, the psyco one, and so forth. I freely admit that my mind is bizarre, but in a mad world, only the mad are sane. So there.
My first and foremost love in the many worlds of the Scarlet Pimpernel is the musical. They saw that the first part of it you come in contact with is the one you treasure forever. I don't know who "they" are, but they sure say some smart stuff. Next are the books. If you ever get a chance to read beyond the first one, even if you have to do as I do and spend countless hours online to read them, they're worth it. After the books comes the A&E BBC movies that amuse me so! *grin* And, by order of elimination, comes the Anthony Andrews version. I don't know why, it just bugs me.
I also adore the Blackadder episode of the Scarlet Pimpernel, "Nob and Nobility". If you get a chance to see it, do so.
(On sending a letter to the Scarlet Pimpernel): "I'm sure if you address it to the biggest show-up in London, it'll reach him eventually.
I thought to myself as I began to rewrite this: What other music loves do I have? The answer? Outside of musical theatre, none. Well, no obsessions. I love old Disney soundtracks and enjoy soundtracks to movies, but mostly I'm a theatre gal. My favorites include: SP, Les Mis, Phantom, Secret Garden, Beauty and the Beast, and Ragtime. This list is quite quickly prone to change.
I also throughly enjoy movie watching, and ADORE "chick-flicks". I never have a definate favorite but, at the moment, I seem to be hovering near "Somewhere in Time" and "The Patriot". Put time travel and/or authentic 18th period clothing in a movie, and you can guarantee I'll have some form of affection for it!
Despite what has been asked me before, Baroness Austen (author of lots of stuff on this site) is not a duel identity of myself. (I leave that kind of thing to Percy) She is a fellow obsesse that I can usually be seen giggling with.
On the show "Inside the Actor's Studio, they have a way of finishing the show. I don't remember all the questions, or the order, but I'll use it here just for you, as a closing statement.

Fun. Bizarre, maybe. I like when people call me either of these.
"What is your least favorite word?"
Normal. Ick ick ick.
"What excites you?"
My most recent obsession, or the theatre. Either being in a play or watching it. I get butterflies in my stomach just for GOING to a play!
"What turns you off?"
Sitting around with nothing I can do.
"What profession would you like to pursue?"
Acting. Definately. Maybe writing.
"What profession would you not like to pursue?"
Subsitute teacher. I have so much sympathy for them.
"What is your favorite curse word?"
