One of Jane's first experiments:

Until that fateful day
when Jane offered to
bring the snacks...
The results?
Edward Bear: Once one of the highest IQ's in the world, was reduced to one of the dullest minds ever. In addition, people started calling him 'Winnie', and he
developed an unhealthy addiction to honey.
Tigger: Tigger, after tasting this potion, developed a bad case of ADD, skitsofrenia, and became horribly abusive.
Eeyore: Once a light hearted, happy-go-lucky donkey, Eeyore succomed to Jane's potion and become deeply depressed. His tail also started falling off
on a regular basis.
Rabbit: Became convinced he had the brain of Napoleon.
Piglet: A bad case of Compulsive Disorder, causing him to fear untidiness and... well, basically anything. Miracle - Gro also stunted his growth considerably.
Owl: Once highly knowledgable, his brain became completely shot. Especially his spelling skills.
Beaver: Developed a strong lisp, as well as several other speech impediments.
Kanga and Roo were gone that day, but Roo eventually found some Miracle - Gro at Tigger's house, and developed a bit of ADD as well. This is why Kanga is constantly giving him medication.
