Back to Tokyo / Shizuka and Satoko

It was raining in the morning. Miyuki had already gone to work when we woke up. Kazu walked us to their station, and we headed back towards Odaiba.

After getting back to Odaiba, we had a dinner date with my friends Satoko and Shizuka. She was one of my co-workers in the VERITAS Japan office.

We met them in Akihabara, because there was a good soba restaurant that they wanted to take me to. However, that day the place was closed. Instead we went to another place, called Yabu Soba, which is actually quite famous, but Shizuka claims it isn't as good. We had a pleasant time, and were able to present them with some cool gifts - wine and english books. We had made a read-along CD with Jen doing the readings, for The Three Little Pigs.

We looked for a coffee place afterwards, but ended up just taking a stroll in the rain since we couldn't find one. Said good-bye to those kids, since they had to work the next day.

Returned to Odaiba, and prepared for the next days adventure to Nikko.
