Welcome to Hope Parenting Partners, a part of the HOPE website for pregnancy or infant loss. We are here to support families parenting a subsequent child after a loss of 20 or more weeks gestation. We are a Christian group & while you do not have to be a Christian to join, this will not be a point to be debated. Parenting after a loss has many issues & we believe families need the support & caring of other people who are going through the same experience.
A few guidelines for our group
As I said above, we are a Christian group, so please remember this in all your correspondence with the group & it's members.
Always be considerate of others-remember the GOLDEN RULE. Hey, we are all individuals & we are going to disagree on things. We just have to agree to disagree on some things. Just always remember-parenting is hard work & we all need support-that is what we are here for:) Just think-something positive you say to another person could change their life for the better!
Please-only forwards that are on topic or may be of interest to the group-such as a helpful article on teething, breastfeeding or something related to caring for your child or family or even marriage. In fact-please do send on helpful articles & websites on parenting to the rest of the group--even those of us "veteran" parents can always use new tips & ideas!
