This combo is a tad challenging to time, because the S.Fierce Pigs are hit pretty fast. This means that you have to be quicker at cancelling, so the idea would be to perform each move fast.
3)Fierce Inferno XX Heart Of Darkness
Unlike in the arcade version, it is possible to cancel the Fierce Inferno into the Heart Of Darkness! Just use the EX cancel feature correctly and you'll see that this combo is a piece of cake!
4)In the corner:J.Forward \/ D.C. Forward, S.Strong XX Armegeddon XX Heart Of Darkness
The launcher should set up the Armegeddon perfectly, so cancel into the Heart Of Darkness after a few hits from the first super.
5)Variable Assist, S.Strong XX Team Super
This combo is easy! Just make sure that your partner's variable assist attack hits multiple times, because that will give you time to get closer and launch the opponent and set'em up for the Team Super.I suggest that you should either pick Akuma or Captain America for partners.
Note:You will need 3 levels of Hyper Combo energy for this combo and it can only be done on large characters (like Omega Red).
6)S.Fierce XX Strong Dark Thunder XX Judgement Day XX Team Super, S.Strong /\ SJ.Jab, SJ.Short, SJ.Strong, SJ.Forward
The reason why you need to team Blacky with Mephisto is because they both have the same team super move (which is Armegeddon) and that will keep your opponent up in the air long enough for you to recover. When you do, you will be able to launch your opponent with S.Strong on their way down and air combo them however you want!
7)In corner vs.Bison: Jump straight up and do J.FP to release demons and land, then as the demons hit Bison from behind hit him with S.Forward, S.Strong xx Fierce Inferno xx Heart Of Darkness, C.Forward, S.Strong xx Strong Inferno xx Armegeddon (hit a few times) xx Heart of Darkness)
8)Call in Akuma's help after an oppenent's whiffed super, then do Strong Dark Thunder xx Heart Of Darkness, land, then reverse AHVB style Air Judgement Day (QCB,U/B+PP).
If you time your combo right, you can land before the opponent and hit him with the air Judgement Day super, but since it says you have to do it the MvC2 AHVB style then you need to know how it works right? Well all characters that have any air supers, you can pull them off even if you're standing on the ground (your character MUST be considered in standing position)by adding an extra directional input to the command of the air super you want to use. For this combo, since Blackheart's JD super is done in the QCB+PP, you need to add an up/back input and press 2 punches at the same time. Thats all there is to it...just adding an additional direction input on the joystick/d-pad.
9)Against a whiffed Dragon punch super (from Ken/Akuma):
When they land, do a C.Short, S.Strong xx Fierce Inferno xx Armegeddon (land a few hits with this) xx Heart Of Darkness, then land and try to trap the enemy with a J.Roundhouse, land, S.Strong xx Strong Inferno xx Heart Of Darkness
Tip: To have either the Strong or Fierce versions of the Inferno connect after Blacky's S.Strong, you need to enter the directional command at the same time that the S.Strong is hitting allowing the cancel to flow smoothly. DO NOT! I REPEAT...DO NOT USE THE JAB VERSION OF THIS MOVE!!! WHY?!! BECAUSE ODDLY ENOUGH IT COMES OUT TOO SLOW COMPARED TO ITS STRONG/FIERCE VERSIONS!!
10)In the corner vs Omega Red (or Bison): Stnad next to Omega Red and then normal jump straight up and come down with the FP demons (the pink ones), then when you land the demons should hit OR from behind so hit him with S.Forward, S.Strong XX Fierce Inferno xx Heart of Darkness (mash for more hits). Now since OR was higher than you when you hit him with HoD, you land first so before Omega Red hits the ground catch him out of the air with S.Short, S.Strong xx Fierce Inferno XX Heart Of Darkness, then C.Short (otg), S.Strong xx Fierce inferno XX Heart Of Darkness, land, S.Roundhouse

STRATEGIES
- Considering the fact that Black Heart only has two standard special moves, you can tell that he's one of those beginner characters. In the hands of a master however, Black Heart can be pretty deadly!
- The Dark Thunder can be used for both ground and air defense, but be careful because this move has some lag time. If you see your opponent trying to jump in, hit'em with a fierce Dark Thunder! When you use the fierce Dark Thunder, the thunder bolt that comes from Black Heart's hands will be aimed upwards to hit any airborne opponent. The Jab and Strong Dark Thunder only protects Black Heart from ground based attacks, so be careful.
- The Inferno has three different elements and range depending on which punch button you used. The Jab Inferno is a column of fire that only hits opponent who are relatively close to Black Heart. The Strong Inferno is a column of ice that hits any opponent that is within the sweeping range and the fierce Inferno is a column of electricity that hits any opponent that is on the other side of the screen. This move is by far one of Black Heart's slowest moves, but it does help to set up his Heart of Darkness for an EX Cancel combo!
- As far as his supers go, one of the best ones he has would be Judgement Day because it has good range and all of those demons that he shoots fly all over the screen (like the Omega Destroyer, only with more hits). The Heart of Darkness will help you too, but only if you perform it while your opponent is recovering from one of his missed special moves or Hyper Combos. The Armegeddon is good, but not as great as his other two supers because this one lacks range. If you want to hit the opponent with the Armegeddon, the best setup for this super would be his S.Strong Punch! I just wish that he didn't use this super as a Team Super because I think that the Judgement Day would be a better one since it has the range of a beam super.
- And finally, Black Heart's combos aren't as strong as the combos that other characters have because he doesn't have a full Zigzag magic for his air combos. The best combo that Black Heart can pull of is a jump-in followed by a a single hit and into his launcher and finish it off with the Armegeddon or Team Super.
