 3)In the corner: D.S. Roundhouse XX Final Justice  The Final Justice will only combo if you use only a dashing  Roundhouse, you can't do any other hits before it or else the  super won't combo.

 You can OTG with a second Hyper Stars N' Stripes, but only  if you're in the corner and have enough levels of super energy  available.

 5)J.Jab, J.Strong \/ D.C. Short, C.Fierce /\ SJ.Jab, SJ.Short,  SJ.Strong, SJ.Forward XX AC Finisher

 This is Cap's most basic air combo and it really sets an  example of how the magic series works!

 6)In the corner:J.Jab, J.Strong \/ D.S.Jab, S.Short, C.Fierce /\  SJ.Jab,SJ.Jab, SJ.Jab /\ SJ.Jab,SJ.Strong,SJ.Forward,SJ.Fierce,  SJ.DN. Roundhouse

 This is Cap's advanced air combo!Notice how there's three jabs,  that's because Captain America can now chain three jabs in the  air. After the three jabs, double jump and do the rest of the combo but skip the SJ.Forward because it will not connect whatsoever. You can also replace the three jabs with a regular chain to make it a little easier!

 7)Variable Assist, Final Justice/Hyper Charging Stars/Team Super

In this combo, you can either choose to combo in a Final Justice,a Hyper Charging Star or a Team Super! Also make sure that you have a partner whose variable assist attack hits multiple times. Akuma and U.S Agent can be some of them.

8)Hyper Stars & Stripes, S.Fierce, Hyper Stars & Stripes, S.Fierce, Hyper Stars & Stripes, C.Short (otg), C.Fierce /\ Air combo of choice (preferrably double jump combo).

More advice from Thuglife:
Like I said... his air combo isn't consistent in this one... one Zangief, the first hit is a Short Kick instead of a Jab. On the shotokans i do four Jabs then the double jump. You gotta figure it out for different people.

Like most combos where you hit after flying screens, try to hit Fierce and Roundhouse as far below the person as possible, so the Roundhouse will hit. As you are falling with the opponent, you should be able to hit them with a Jab, Short right before you hit the ground. that'll leave them at a jumping distance for you to jump up again and combo.

You should start learning this combo with U.S. agent because he's a little bit faster than cap america.

STRETEGIES

- The first rule that you should know about when you play as Captain America in this game is: "DO NOT LOSE YOUR SHIELD!" I really recommend that you don't lose your shield in this game because unlike in Marvel Super Heroes, Captain America does not acquire multi-hit moves. The other problem is that you have to go and get it back yourself and that is also a little difficult because your opponent can play the game of keep away against you to.

- As far as his moves go though, his Shield Slash is very good! This is because he can throw his shield in three different directions depending on what punch button you used for the move. The Jab version is very good for OTG combos too! For the Stars N' Stripes, I recommend that you only use it against characters who are obsessed with jumping a lot and one example would be M.Bison and his Head Stomp. His Charging Star is a little slow, so only use against characters who are within sweep distance away from you. If it is blocked, then you're in for a world of hurt! His Cartwheel is only good for getting past characters in order to get your shield back if you lost it while doing the Shield Slash.

- For his supers (or Hyper Combos), I really think that the Final Justice is his best one and that's because some people are so braindead that they don't see it coming and it would be too late by the time they attempt to block. The disadvantage of this move is that it no longer chains off his S.Roundhouse, so you're going to have to use a the Variable Assist and that is also a problem because there are only a few characters that can set it up. You can however chain this move after S.Roundhouse, but only for a 2-in-1 combo in the corner. His other supers except for the Charging Star are a little weak, but they still help. His Hyper Charging Star is very good for punishing missed dragon punches and it also shields Captain America from any move as long as he has his shield with him. He can however chain one of his supers with ease and that is his Hyper Stars N' Stripes! This super can chain off any of his standing attacks! If you want an example, look at combo #4.

- Captain America's combos haven't changed much since Marvel Super Heroes except for the fact that he can't chain his Final Justice off his S.Roundhouse unless it is a 2-in-1 type of combo. He has however gained a new ability and that is his double jump combo! Yes, he can now do three SJ.Jabs and then rejump and do a Jab punch, Strong punch, Forward kick, Fierce punch. However, this new combo of his is a little difficult to connect against smaller characters like Spider-Man and Wolverine. But for characters that are as tall as Omega Red or taller, you won't have any problems at all! If you want an example, look at combo #6.
