Summary: Will visits Matthew while he's on the job, reporting in a locker room. At first, Matthew seems happy to see Will, but Will is shocked when Matthew's boss shows up and he introduces Will as his 'brother'. Matthew confesses that he's afraid of losing his job if his boss finds out he's gay.

Meanwhile, Karen takes Jack along with her when she goes to check on her jewels in the safe deposit box. There, she finds a new copy of Stan's will, which she gets Jack to open. They are stunned to see that Stan is donating much of his money to charities and Karen immediately assumes it's Will's handywork.

When Will tells Grace about Matthew's closetedness, she wants Will to dump him, as she believes Matthew is putting Will back in the closet. Jack tells Will to take Matthew to a restaurant where all the gay men bring their closeted boyfriend. Grace joins them, but then backs out, feeling to angry with Matthew. Matthew's boss shows up and joins Matthew and his 'brother'.

When his boss brings up the subject of rumours that Matthew's gay, he brushes it off and says that he doesn't like the idea of two guys together. Will has enough and, as Matthew's "brother", comes out to Matthew. At that point, Karen runs in, yelling at Will for having Stan change his Will. After she leaves, Matthew's boss consols Matthew about having a gay family member. At that moment, Jack walks in with his arm around the boss's son.

KAREN: "You screwed me, Will Truman! Oh, don't you play dumb with me. Oh, you stuck it to me but good. And he is just so comfortable giving it away, aren't ya? Wow. Single mothers. Homeless women. Sally Struthers?! You make me sick! I got news for you people, I'm gonna get him in a room, and I am gonna work that little will until I'm satisfied. Goodbye." [KAREN TURNS AND EXITS] "Grace, that blouse hurts like a hangover."
