Summary: Continued from "23", the gang gathers at Stan's after his funeral to remember him. Karen is headed off in Stan's yacht to scatter his ashes at sea, and invites the others to tag along. Will and Jack, who are planning to blow the money Stan willed to them for their marriage on a big vacation, happily agree, thinking they can really have fun when the yacht disembarks in the Caribbean. Grace wants to go, but has already promised to go with Leo on his Guatemala trip. However, Leo can tell that his wife is less than enthused about the conditions they'll be putting up with in Guatemala and tells her to go on the cruise.

This makes Grace very happy until she meets Danny, or rather Danielle, Leo's partner whom Grace had always assumed was a man. She's actually a beautiful, funny woman who gets along well with Leo, causing Grace to question letting him go off with her alone. The others teasing her doesn't help matters. Later on the ship, Grace is having a hard time letting Leo go, but he listens to her worries about Danielle and assures her that he loves her and would never be disloyal to her. Grace reluctantly lets Leo go.

Shortly after leaving port, the group gathers on deck to watch Karen scatter Stan's ashes. Karen becomes very overwhelmed by this, though, and asks the others if she can be alone. They leave and Karen wonders what she'll do without Stan. This sentiment is echoed by an unwelcome stowaway: Stan's mistress, Lorraine.

At first, Karen is obviously displeased to see the woman who helped break up her marriage onboard the yacht. But when she hears that all Lorraine wants to do is participate in the scattering of ashes - by including Stan's toupee - Karen realizes that they have somethings in common, including a love of Stan, and the two form an odd sort of bond.

Until Lorraine brings up the subject of Stan's money. Lorraine wants half of all that Karen was given, but she refuses. The two begin to fight.

Meanwhile, Will and Jack are finding that they actually enjoy each other's company while on holiday. They gets some drinks at the bar and turn up the music, thus not hearing or noticing Lorraine and Karen, having a heated arguement behind them. The arguement quickly ends when Lorraine shoves Karen off the yacht and into the ocean. Rosario faithfully dives in after her boss and the two are rescued by a delivery ship. The ship's captain, however, refuses to let the two off until he has made all his deliveries.

Back on the yacht, Will wakes up with a pounding headache. He notices Jack's bed beside him is empty and is about to get up when Jack emerges from beneath the covers beside him. The two very slowly turn to look at each other, then scream.

Grace is oblivious to all this, as she finds Leo's bag that he left behind on the ship, which contains a very seducive note from Danni, saying she wants Leo and will take him whenever she gets the chance. Grace freaks out and orders the yacht to head to Guatemala.
