Summary: Continued from "May Divorce Be With You", Karen is in the process of divorcing Stan, while Will is representing Stan as his lawyer. Because of this, Will and Karen are not getting along (well, even more than usual). Jack and Grace cook them a dinner at Grace and Leo's and try to get the two to stop fueding. But it becomes a moot point when Rosario arrives and announces that Stan has died.

The four are obviously shocked, but Karen soon becomes more concerned with Stan's will and what he left to her. At the funeral, Karen runs into Stan's mistress Lorraine, who hints that she had Stan leave her everything in the will. Jack tries quickly bonding with Lorraine while staying by Karen's side, so as to be on the good side of whomever gets more money out of the will.

Karen worries throughout the funeral about Stan's money, even swapping insults with Lorraine during the song and eulogies. Finally, she orders Will to get a copy of Stan's will and tells everyone not associated with the will to get out.

Will reluctantly reads Stan's will, going through a long list of food items, a giant painting of Karen (which goes to Grace) and $20 million (which goes to Rosario - after 20 more years of service to Karen). At last, Will reaches the big money, which Stan leaves to the true love of his life...

Karen.

Karen is moved by the fact that Stan loved her so much. Meanwhile, Leo, who had to take a call during the funeral, announces to Grace that he has to go away again, to Guatemala. Grace is upset, but becomes delighted when her husband asks that she accompany him.

The show is continued in "24".

Quotes
ROSARIO: It's Mr. Stan. He's dead.
[EVERYONE IS STUNNED. KAREN SITS DOWN ON THE COUCH.]
[LEO BANGS OPEN THE DOOR. HE'S WEARING SCRUBS AND CARRYING TWO SIX-PACKS OF BEER.]
LEO: Hey, hey, I got off work early. Picked up a couple of sixes. I found a 20 on the street. Damn, it's good to be alive!
[EVERYONE IS SILENT.]
LEO: What?

----

KAREN: Nice outfit for a funeral. If that dress were any shorter, I could see your English muffin.
LORRAINE: I wouldn't talk. If that dress were any lower, I could see your yankee doodles.
----

GRACE: [QUEITLY TO LEO] I don't know what I'd do if you died. I hope I go first. Then again, you love me so much, that would be unbearable for you. Yeah, you should die first. Definitely you.
LEO: [QUEITLY] Can I go in my sleep or you looking for me to suffer?
----

KAREN: Most of you know about the recent trouble Stan and I have had. Just in case you don't, I'll get you up to speed. The British whore killed him. [POINTS TO LORRAINE.]

Did You Notice...
