Bio and martial arts background Ron Yuan is a great martial artist and brother of Roger Yuan. Ron Yuan has been a star in the straight to video circuit, mostly playing bad guys and losing the end fight, unfortunately. Some of his greatest movies are Ring of Fire and To Be The Best. Before his movie carreer Ron had various small jobs such as bartender. Ron started his carreer with other martial artists in small budget movies with lots of fights and no acting. Ron however is a great fighter and good actor. Recently he had to opportunity to be in popular bigger budget movies such as Blade and some series, but also to show some acting skills in The Art of War with again Wesley Snipes. From 1998 to 2000 he had many guest appearances in cool shows. Trivia: 1) Ron has been in three movies with Gary Daniels, fighting him in all three movies. 2) Ron has also been in movies with Wesley Snipes two times. 3) Ron was also with his brother in the following three movies: Blade, Double Dragon and Drive. |
