Mary-Kate Olsen headed back to her Porsche Cayenne on Friday, June 1, 2007 wearing some high Christian Louboutin patent peep toe sling backs in an apparent attempt to boost her already-thin figure. Along with her shoes, she carried a Prada fringe bag and a small black paper carrier bag (doing some shopping presumably). She completed her outfit with a baggy striped sweater and super-long pashmina. She doesn’t stray from her usual look at all does she? Mary-Kate, 20, will be playing the devout Christian love interest of Silas (Hunter Parrish) on the upcoming season of Showtime’s TV series Weeds. The new season of Weeds will air on Monday, August 13, 2007. Also, she and her twin sister, Ashley Olsen, are turning 21 on June 13! Party time for sure!

Mary-Kate Olsen looks super trendy in her wide-leg pants as sje leaves her office in Beverly Hills on Tuesday afternoon. She hid behind her sunglasses as rumors run rampant that she will be getting matching nose jobs with twin sister Ashley. The Olsen twins have already consulted Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Raj Kanodia about performing the procedures, according to the upcoming issue of In Touch Weekly. A source dishes on MKA saying, “Ashley has always thought her nose was a little too big, so she wanted to get it done. When she talked to her sister about it, she loved the idea. They both love changing their looks. They thought this would make them look more polished.”

Mary Kate-Olsen has unveiled a dramatic new look - she is now a platinum blonde. The 18-year-old is a huge fan of fashion and regularly likes to experiment with her image. Her colourist, Lorri Goddard-Clark, tells American publication Us Weekly, "She just wanted a change. She's very playful." "It's a 1960s bohemian blonde, and she's very bohemian in style!" Meanwhile, Olsen's twin sister, Ashley, who normally has the lighter coloured hair, has switched to a deep brown hue. Goddard-Clark, who also colours Ashley's hair, adds, "It's really rich and brings out her amazing blue eyes."

American talk show host Oprah Winfrey is the richest woman in entertainment, according to business magazine Forbes. Its latest poll estimates her net worth at $1.5bn (£760m), based on the $225m (£114m) she is said to earn from TV, radio, magazines and other ventures. Harry Potter author JK Rowling comes second in the list with a net worth estimated at $1bn (£506m). Lifestyle guru Martha Stewart, pop star Madonna and singer Celine Dion take the next three places. To assemble its inaugural list of the 21 richest women in entertainment, Forbes is said to have "scoured the music, television, film and publishing industries". However, the magazine omitted "non-working celebs" like Barbra Streisand "who essentially live off royalties" and "old Hollywood types" like Elizabeth Taylor. Among the other "active megastars" considered worthy of inclusion are Mariah Carey and Janet Jackson. Julia Roberts is the highest-ranking actress in the list, her estimated net worth of $140m (£71m) earning her eight place in the rundown. Just below her at nine and ten lie Jennifer Lopez and Jennifer Aniston, both estimated to be worth $110m (£55.7m). Twin sisters Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen - former child stars now at the helm of a highly successful retail empire - share 11th place. According to Forbes, its net worth estimates were based on total earnings over the course of a career, plus other assets where relevant.

'Full House' actress and twin sister of Ashley Olsen, Mary- Kate Olsen has disclosed that she is enthused by Johnny Depp's sense of style in the 'Pirates of the Caribbean'. The 21-year old American actress has said that she loves the rock style of the actor in the highly acclaimed film. "Weirdly, I look to guys like Johnny Depp for style tips. He just knows how to put things together and I love that scruffy rock look," Bliss magazine quoted her, as saying. Conversely, her fraternal twin sister, Ashley prefers conventional style similar to those set as a trend by yesteryears starlets. "I like old movie stars like Audrey Hepburn and Rita Hayworth -they were so stylish, "Ashley said. The twin sisters became famous for their role of Michelle Tanner on the sitcom Full House.
