Rabbit - one of the first Talking Beasts of Narnia. In The Magician's Nephew, he suggests that the children might be lettuce.
Ramandu - an old, 'retired' star in The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. He is the last person the seen by Caspian and the crew of the Dawn Treader before they reach the end of the world. He is made younger daily by consuming a fireberry from the valley of the sun which is brought to him by a bird every morning.
Ramandu's daughter - princess-like woman who greets Caspian and his shipmates on Ramandu's Island in The Voyage of theDawn Treader. It is her who tells the final tale of Argoz, Revilian, and Mavramorn. She is betrothed to Caspian and marries him upon their return to Narnia. Ramandu's daughter is bitten by a serpent and dies in The Silver Chair.
Reepicheep - the Leader of the talking mice during the reign of Caspian X in Prince Caspian. Fights valiantly in the war against Miraz where his tail was cut off. Tail was restored by Aslan. Sails with Caspian to the world's end in The Voyage of theDawn Treader. Sails on to Aslan's country never to be seen again until the end of Narnia. Greets Tirian in New Narnia in The Last Battle.
Restimar - one of the seven Lords put to sea by Miraz in Prince Caspian. Restimar's body is found on Deathwater Island, turned to solid gold in a pool which turns all that touches it to gold in The Voyage of theDawn Treader.
Revilian - one of seven Lords put to sea by Miraz in Prince Caspian. Revilian sailed to the Island of Ramandu where, with his shipmates Argoz and Mavramorn, he falls into a deep, enchanted sleep for seven years before being discovered by Caspian in The Voyage of theDawn Treader. Revilian returns to Narnia with Caspian.
Rhince - ship's mate on the Dawn Treader. Sailed tot he Eastern edge of the world in The Voyage of theDawn Treader. Given the title Dawn Treader by Caspian after his return to Narnia.
Rhoop - one of seven Lords put to sea by Miraz in Prince Caspian. Rhoop remained on the Dark Island where dreams come true and remains there for seven years before Caspian rescues him in The Voyage of theDawn Treader. Rhoop is taken aboard ship but left on Ramandu's Island to sleep while the remainder of Dawn Treader's crew sailed toward the world's end.
Rilian, Prince - also known as the Black Knight. Son of Caspian X of Narnia. Captured by the Lady of the Green Kirtle, Queen of the Underworld in The Silver Chair. Lives for ten years under enchantment in Underworld with the green lady until Jill, Eustace, and Puddleglum rescue him from the queen and Underworld. Returns to Narnia to claim his throne at his father's passing.
Rishda - 'Noble Tarkaan'. The Calormene captain who leads the enemy forces against Tirian in The Last Battle. Rishda is pulled into the Shrine of Tash by Tirian and is faced with the demon he called into Narnia. Rishda is taken into Tash's arms and disappears with the demon.
Robin - guides the four Pevensies into the forest to meet with Mr. Beaver in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
Rogin - brother of Duffle the red dwarf. Rogin and his brother Bricklethumb serve the famished Shasta breakfast in The Horse and His Boy.
Roonwit - centaur who brings news to Tirian in The Last Battle that Aslan has not come to Narnia but that evil has fallen on the land. Is killed en route to Tirian before the king fights the last battle.
Rumblebuffin - a giant, turned to stone by the White Witch in her castle courtyard in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Helps free the captives from the Witch's castle and fights in the Battle of Beruna to defeat Jadis and her army.
Rynelf - Crewman on board the Dawn Treader. Sailed to the Eastern edge of the world in The Voyage of theDawn Treader. Given the title Dawn Treader by Caspian after his return to Narnia.
