Risk the Fall

Little steps
I’ve always been known for little steps
A bit at a time
It’ll get you to the end
Even if you’re alone by that time

Comfort zone
I’ve always dived into my comfort zone
Swallow me whole
It’s safe this way
Don’t go too far or you may drown

This could be a long way down
But I can’t help this fall
This could be what comes around
But what’s the point if I don’t give my all
I must give my all

Growing steps
This is new but I pursue the endless quest
Slash my heart
Double over in the heat
But unrelenting I am till we meet

Danger zone
I could end up shattered in the danger zone
I sense the risk
I grab it tightly by the wrist
I don’t let go and prove the danger is beautiful

This could be a long way down
But I couldn’t care less if
This could be my happiness
I will endure the burning caress and give my best
There’s no alternative than my best

This could be a long way down...
This could be my way around.
