Truth

Gentle strokes linger upon your skin
A tender smile lights the fire within
No need to move from the curve of your hand
Because this simple movement helps you understand

I love you
Oh, I love you

Leaving a soft echo at the corner of your lips
A brush of my cheek lingering against your fingertips
Resting my face in the safety of your palm
It's amazing how such a simple thing soothes and calms

I love you
Oh, I love you

Running a finger over the arch of your eyebrow
Continuing over that little mole I adore, I make a vow
I may not always love you the way you deserve
But I will love you
Oh, I will love you
And I will love you
Oh, more and more.
