Two Poems

Thoughtful Dragon
Dragon, Dragon
Burning bright
Hiding deep within my heart
Tear me, rend me
leave me for dead
The drip of blood
the doom of time
Flaring high and strong
Born to fly again
Dragon Dragon
Brightly gleaming
Fear not my anger
Take from me my heart.
Leave upon me
things so new
I shall rise with a scream
Tear from you WHAT I need.
Rip and rend....leave you
with softness and dread.
The echo of my laughter
ringing in your ears
To return and pick the pieces of you up.
Let you know of my love, my anger,
the rage within my soul.
You who loves me, tortures me
know not what you hold.
Beware oh dragon burning bright
For danger lies deep within my heart...
Ware the fire for it will consume you
You will be mine, till the end of time and beyond
Dragon Dragon
Burning bright
I shall soar again!
A scream in the night
Shall claim you again.

Dragonheart
Where do you go?
Flights of wonder call you further.
Where has the time gone?
Why do you fly alone?
Where has the time gone?
Lost to you forever
Caught upon a web
Snagged within your mind
Heartsongs call your name
What has time done for you?
Leave not to fate.
Take within your claws
Grasp within your being
The love that calls to you
Dragonheart
Hear the wind upon the water
Whispering of that which is yours.
Fear not, what you cannot change.
Take what you can.
Live for the moment
Strike hard the flame
Dance within the passion
Burn bright
Strike fast
Strike hard
The moment shall soon pass
Hold thine heart ready
For those that do not love
Dragonheart
Will never be thine!
