  • Best time to shop for groceries is Tuesday morning.
    Shelves are stocked and fewer people are at the store.
    The most crowded times are weekends and between
    5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on weekdays.
  • Look for instore specials.
  • Plan a weekly menu.  Make a list of needed items.
  • Use coupons and look for specials in newspaper to help
    plan a menu.
  • Always have a grocery list to avoid over spending.
  • Keep a grocery list in the kitchen to write down needed items.
