''LEGENDS IN CONCERT' (B) Producer John Stuart launched a much-copied format when this show debuted in 1983. But the impersonator gimmick -- originally restricted to dead stars only -- is ultimately just a means to present an old-fashioned variety show, with music spanning from Liberace to Madonna.
