It is coming to that time of the year again.  We would like to extend an invitation to you to renew your membership with the Langley Riders Society for 2007.  We have attached a 2007 Membership Application for your convenience.  Please mail your application with your payment to Petra Hegedus at 22723-38th Avenue, Langley, B.C.V2Z-2G9 .Or Bring them to the booth during any or our events.

As not to burden the same few volunteers willing to work, we will be implementing the same format for membership at Langley Riders. 

When memberships are submitted, a deposit check of 100.00 dated Oct 20/07 of the membership year will be collected.   After the approved fulfillment of volunteer hours, this deposit check will be  destroyed or given back to the member.  If the member is unable to fulfill their commitment of volunteer hours by Oct 20/07 then the deposit monies will be used to finance the ongoing costs of maintaining and running the riding Club. With the busy lifestyle of today, we realize that time is something people do not always have the ability to give and therefore, we have an alternative for mandatory work Hours. We will allow the member the option to pay ($75.00) in lieu of all work hours upon your initial registration. 

For your convenience, we are listing a copy of Volunteer work sheets along with the membership forms.. We would ask all members to sign up when renewing your membership.  Volunteers will be made up of a number of members for each work bee offered, on a first come basis.
