FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS [cont.]

5. How do I ask others for feedback on my work?

Answer: When submitting work for feedback, be sure to include the letters "RFF" (Request for Feedback) in the subject of your message.

6. Are there rules for giving feedback?

Answer: Other than being polite and constructive, not really. If what you have to say is criticism aimed at helping improve the poster's work, it is acceptable feedback. Simply posting, "I don't like it", or "It sucks!", is not appropriate.

Use the letters "FB" (Feedback) in the subject of your feedback posts to alert other members that you are looking for input.

7. What type of content may I submit to the group?

Answer: Although this group formed around creators of X-Files-related art, you are welcome to post other work to the group. You may submit digital art, "analog" art (scans of drawings or paintings), multimedia (slide shows and music videos), and websites for design critique. If you are unsure of the appropriateness of a submission, you may message the group for opinions. This is a creative group, and we're open to just about everything.

8. May I ask the group for help locating an image or resource?

Answer: Yes! If you are looking for a specific image, enter "RFI" (Request for Image) in your subject line so that members will know you need help.

9. Where can I access common resources?
