| Leonberger Wins Working Group at International All Breed Dog Show Submitted by Lori Younger Pride of Aslan's Amos, a 13 month Leonberger owned by Redmond & Lori Younger, bred by Tammy Price, took 2 Best of Breed titles at the May 17-18, 2001 Internatinal all Breed Dog Show in Longview, WA. Amos then took the blue ribbon against 13 other Working Dogs (Rarebreed and AKC) on Saturday and placed 2nd in the Working Group on Sunday. The group judging is done with 2 judges, who have to fully agree on the dog they select as the overall winner. Amos lives in Arlington, WA with his Dad & mom along with Joe, his golden retriever brother and Nelson, a 3-month Leo brother, plus 4 cats. His other hobbies include swimming, wrestling and chasing cats. |
