ORIENTAL COOKING -CRAB FOO YUNG
ingredients: 4 servings
1 lbs of crab meat, gravy sauce with mushroom
1 teaspoon of white wine 1 tablespoon oil
5 eggs 1/2 cups of chop mushroom
1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablesp green peas 1/2 cup soup stock
1 teaspoon cornstarch
preparation:
1) in a boul, put the above ingredients and beat the eggs into it, mix them
2) heat the pan, heat 2 tablespoon of oilthen add the mixture, fry until half done, spread over , carefully remove to serving plate
3) heat 1 tablespoon oil, fry the mushroom, add seasonning and soup stock, simmer over low heat
4) thicken quickly with cornstarch, diluted with cold water. add green peas
5) pour gravy over the crab meat on the place serve while hot
