Oriental cooking

FRIED RICE W/ SAUSAGES, SEAFOODS   PEAS GREEN, ONIONS & TOMOTOES

Ingredientas: 4 servings

5 cups cooked rice                                                   2  eggs

1 slice ham  (cut into bites sizes)                              dash of salt

4 slices roast pork (cut into bites sizes)                   1 tablespoon oil

1 small bamboo shoot  (cut into bites sizes)            2 tablespoon oil

1  chinese sausage (cut into bites sizes)                  3 tablespoon green

 1 white onion (cut into small pieces)                       peas  

1 green onion (cut small pieces)                              dash of pepper

120 g  crab meat

1 cup of sausages

1 tomato (cut small pieces)

 

preparation:  10 minutes

 

1) in a pan, heat oil, season beaten egg  with salt, scramble egg  

    quickly,   set aside

2) heat 2 tablespoon oil in pan  saute the onion, add chinese      

     sausage,  bamboo   shoot, ham and roast pork, then crab meat

3) put the ready made scramble in the pan   add rice  slowly at a      

     time,  stirring  constantly white still frying.  do not burn the     

     cooking. 

4)  try to seperate slowly the rice with out crushing .   then add the  

     green peas &  tomato

5)  finally,  add the remaining of the seasonning.   put the heat in   

     a     very   low   flame.then finally ,  the  chopped green onion     

     for  decoration  serve  while  hot.
