A griffin is an aggressive monster with the head of an eagle and the body of a lion. It is known to be very protective of its territory, attacking trespassers fiercely. It is considered suicide to approach a griffin's nest. Griffins live in an alpine region, or a forest near the mountains. They rarely live in groups. Griffins are carnivores, and when there is no more prey in its area, it assaults passersby. Griffins used to be tamed, ages ago, like when the Griffin Riders of Saint Iskarius' Knights traveled the earth.

Bugbears are cruel monsters of huge stature - approximately six-and-a-half feet tall and over 440 pounds! They look like very fat, bald people at a glance. At first, other races may want to laugh at their appearance, but bugbears blow away laughter through their scary howling and the use of their huge clubs. Bugbears are wild monsters that live in forests, plains and dungeons. Horrific creatures, they enjoy flesh and sometimes move in groups. Their intelligence is low, so you will frequently see skilled magicians who have trained them to be personal guards.

Orc

The orc is the race most commonly seen in the land. There are two kinds of orcs, noble orcs and vulgar orcs. Noble orcs are civilized and have a social system like that of the elf and the dwarf. Vulgar orcs are a lower-ranking class that is governed by noble orcs and live in loose clans. Vulgar and noble orcs are distinguished by their skin color, but this is not the only distinguishing characteristic. Harpy

Harpies are a cross between a woman and a large bird. They have beautiful white wings instead of arms, and eagle's claws instead of human feet. At a glance, a harpy seems innocent enough, but it is actually an ugly, greedy and twisted creature. Harpies enjoy eating flesh - they consider people their prey - and live in groups around hills and mountains.

Skeleton Archer

Ghosts from the battlefields, skeleton archers are armed with bows unlike other skeletons. Rumor has it that they are created unnaturally by evil magicians. Skeleton archers are murderous creatures with superb archery skills. They live in dungeons, mountain areas, or gloomy ruins with other skeletons. Skeleton archers are always waiting for fierce battle and will stop at nothing to quench their lust for blood - wherever they may be.
