Cult cutie Buffy the
Vampire Slayer finally gets the attention she deserves as artist extraordinaire Julie Bell immortalizes her in an
incredible, original oil painting. Now this remarkable piece of art is a very limited Buffy lithograph. All of the rich detail and emotion in the original painting translates beautifully to this 22" x 28" lithograph. The thick, archival quality paper allows deep colors and textures that practically make it look like an original! Feel your skin tingle as Buffy matches her skill and stake against the paralyzing terror of her arch enemy, The Master! |
Beautifully painted
by renown artist, Boris Vallejo, the exquisite work of art depicts Buffy (portrayed by Sarah Michelle Gellar) being embraced by her one and only
boyfriend, Angel (portrayed by
David Boreanaz). |

June 2000: | August sees the release of the Buffy:
The Vampire Slayer Graphic Novel, written by Doug Petrie
with art by Ryan Sook. In the roughly two years since Dark Horse began creating a line of comic books based on the cult television hit Buffy the Vampire Slayer, a lot of great stories have been added to the mythos of the irrepressible teenage slayer and the loyal friends who help her keep a foot up on the forces of evil. With the help of one of the show's main writers, Dark Horse is pushing the envelope even further this August with the release of an original graphic novel that sends Giles to the brink of insanity and pits Buffy against the love of her life in one of the most vicious battles imaginable. Plus there's a big samurai demon thing. |
