Summerhill Wine Estate

In British Columbia, the province I live in, is a lovely mountain valley called the Okanagan Valley. The valley is the perfect place to grow grapes to be used in wine, especially ice wine. Wineries can be found throughout the valley by the side of the lake. A beautiful view and sip of wine--a wonderful combination.
